Return, Refund and Exchange Policy 

Thank you for shopping with us! Please note that we do not offer returns; however, exchanges are welcome under the following conditions:

1. Exchange Requests: All exchange requests must be submitted directly to us at onlytreasuredshop@gmail.com within 7 days of the arrival of your package.
   
   
2. Shipping Fees: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the shipping fees for the new exchanged item.
   
   
3. Special Orders: Please be aware that special orders or custom items are not eligible for exchange.
   
   
4. Condition of Items: Upon receiving the item you wish to exchange, we will assess its condition. If it is deemed to be in the same condition as when it was sent, we will issue you a credit that can be applied towards your desired item.
