WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We try to process all orders within 48 hours. If your purchase requires extra time we will inform you accordingly. Once your order is processed you will receive tracking information shortly after in your email.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Yes we do. We offer exchanges ONLY. If you are not satisfied with your order please inform us within 7 days after arrival to coordinate your exchange.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If your items arrive damaged, please inform us immediately once it has arrived and we will arrange for us to work out the best solution to replace the item.
